Fusion Pharmaceuticals, a company that works on cancer treatments, is seeing its stock go way up today.  That’s because they’re teaming up with another big company called AstraZeneca. 

AstraZeneca is paying $21 for each share of Fusion Pharmaceuticals’ stock, which is a lot more than what it was worth yesterday.  It’s like a big bonus! 

Also, if Fusion Pharmaceuticals reaches certain goals set by the government, shareholders will get an extra $3 for each share they own.  So, this news is making investors very happy.
